Tecom, together with partner Owera, delivers next generation Analog Telephone Adapters to Telenor

Owera, an innovative IP service software and hardware development company, together with the Taiwan based manufacturer TECOM Co., Ltd, entered into an agreement with Telenor in Q2-06 to deliver the next generation Analog Telephone Adapter, GR-1000ST, to be used by Telenor for broadband telephony in the residential market. The GR-1000ST is now ready to enter the market. “Owera/Tecom has already delivered more than 100.000 ATA units of the previous model to Telenor. We are very pleased that Telenor has chosen the next generation ATA based on an Owera reference design and Tecom housing and manufacturing”, says Finn Backer, CEO, Owera. “It has been, and is, a pleasure to work with Owera.
